Aaryansh Agarwal

Legal Executive

A B.A. LL.B. graduate from Christ Academy Institute of Law, Aaryansh currently serves as a Trainee Legal Executive at Dispatch Network. He has experience in legal drafting, case presentation, and legal research, with exposure to corporate agreements, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance for businesses and financial institutions. An aspiring criminal advocate, he brings strong analytical, advocacy, mediation, and problem-solving skills.

Niyati Sharma

Principal Research Editor and Peer Reviewer

Niyati specializes in Business Law, Cyber Law, and Cyber Security. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in Business Law from NMIMS, Navi Mumbai, and an LL.M. in Cyber Law and Cyber Security from Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal. A recipient of the Chancellor’s Merit Scholarship, her academic work focuses on international trade law, data privacy, WTO frameworks, and regulatory issues in emerging technology. 

Akika Sharma

Principal Research Editor

Akika holds an LL.M. in Criminology and a B.B.A. LL.B., with experience in legal drafting, case law analysis, and courtroom assistance. She appeared for the Rajasthan Civil Judge Examination (Interview Stage, 2024). Her academic interests include juvenile justice, women and law, public policy, and corporate law, reflecting a commitment to research that bridges legal theory and practical application.

Sriharini Chellappan

Lead Research Editor

Sriharini holds a Master’s by Research from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, and has presented her work at over 30 national and international conferences. Her scholarship focuses on constitutional law, administrative reform, and law and technology. With experience in research, drafting, and academic publication, she brings an interdisciplinary and analytical perspective to legal scholarship.

Parikshit Singh

Junior Legal Research Editor

Parikshit is pursuing a B.A. LL.B. at TRCL, Mumbai, with a strong academic interest in International Law and Company Law. He has developed skills in legal research and drafting, enabling him to analyze complex legal issues with clarity and precision. Known for his collaborative approach, he actively participates in academic and team-based initiatives.

Sanchalika Bhattacharya

Academic Legal Research Editor

Sanchalika is pursuing a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) at the Department of Law, University of North Bengal. She has presented papers at several national and international conferences and published research in Indian and international journals, in addition to contributing chapters to edited books. A member of the Moot Court Society, her interests include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, RTI, and Jurisprudence.

Yash Sharma

Legal Research Editor

Yash is a third-year law student at IMS Law College, Noida, and a CS Executive level student. He serves as a Legal Research Editor at Kraft Legal and has authored five published legal articles and one case analysis. He has gained litigation exposure through internships with Supreme Court counsels and currently works with the Chambers of Advocate Udai Khanna.

 

Hrishika Kumari Lal

Legal Research Editor

Hrishika is a third-year B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar. She has interned with institutions including the Bombay High Court, district courts, and legal organizations, assisting in drafting legal notices, bail applications, and petitions. Her publications include a book chapter on privacy in the AI era and a research paper on judicial separation in India.

Sheetal Chauhan

Legal Research Editor

Sheetal is a final-year LL.B. student at the Department of Laws, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and serves as a Legal Research Editor at Kraft Legal. Her interests include Human Rights Law, Environmental Law, and Corporate Compliance. She has presented research at national seminars and published work on children’s rights during armed conflicts, alongside certifications in contracts and public procurement.

 

Arnav Tiwari

Legal Research Editor

Arnav is a third-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU, and an NCC cadet. He serves as a Legal Research Editor at Kraft Legal and has authored over ten legal articles and case analyses. His internships include work at the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, and various tribunals. He is also an experienced debater.

Yahan Rout

Yahan is a first-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, with a strong interest in legal research and academic writing. His work focuses on contract law, legal history, and environmental law, with several papers currently under review for publication. As a Legal Researcher and Editor at Kraft Legal, he contributes to research-driven legal content.

Aaratrika is a third-year B.Sc. LL.B. (Hons.) student at KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar, specializing in Taxation Law. She serves as a Legal Research Editor at Kraft Legal and has completed internships at district courts, high courts, and law firms. She actively participates in moot courts, research presentations, and publications, demonstrating strong research and analytical skills.

 

Saransh Sharma

Legal Research Editor

Saransh is a second-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at NMIMS School of Law, Bengaluru, with interests in constitutional law, banking regulation, and policy-oriented legal studies. He has authored research on hate speech and the constitutional recognition of the right to clean water under Article 21 and edited the academic volume FinTech Law in India: Navigating the Digital Finance Revolution.

Tuhina Singh Parihar

Legal Research Editor

Tuhina is a final-year LL.B. candidate at Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune (Class of 2026). She holds an M.A. in Human Resource Management and a certificate in Mass Communication from Banaras Hindu University, along with an Advanced Diploma in French Literature. Her interdisciplinary academic background informs her research interests in law, communication, and public policy.

Shreya Sharma

Legal Research Editor

Shreya holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Business Laws from Gujarat National Law University and is currently pursuing an M.A. in English Literature. She brings extensive litigation experience in indirect taxation, customs and excise law, and anti-money laundering matters before the Delhi High Court, CESTAT, and CAT. She has contributed to the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India’s e-Nyayaganga project as a Legal Researcher and Writer and has authored multiple papers on corporate governance, competition law, financial regulation, environmental laws, ESG metrics and public policy.
