Worked in the area of Contracts, Trademark Filling, Dispute Resolution, Commercial contracts, Risk Management, Contract Management of various industry such as Fin-tech startup, IT industry, Real Estate, FMCG and Investment management.

Advocate | Legal Advisor

Adv. Qausar Khan is an Advocate and Legal Advisor with over 6 years of experience in litigation and legal consultancy. She practices before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District & Sessions Courts, and various tribunals.

Her area of practice includes criminal law, special statutes, commercial disputes, arbitration, mediation, cyber law, and corporate advisory matters. She has handled high-stake and sensitive cases across the country, including matters investigated by agencies such as the NIA and Enforcement Directorate.

She holds a Diploma in ADR and Cyber Laws, with strong experience in litigation drafting, contract advisory, and strategic legal consultancy across various areas of law.

She has also worked with a U.S.-based Immigration Law Firm, assisting in legal research, drafting, compliance, and case preparation under U.S. immigration procedures.

She currently serves as a Legal Advisor to Garant.IN – Residence & Citizenship (International Immigration Law Firm), advising clients on residency and citizenship frameworks, documentation, compliance, and cross-border legal processes and also professional exposure to UK-based legal and regulatory advisory work.

She is an Advisor at Kraft Legal, where she contributes to practical legal training programmes, workshops, ADR initiatives, and academic sessions across various areas of law.

She believes in making legal knowledge simple, practical, and accessible, especially for young professionals and those entering the legal field. Her aim is to bridge the gap between theory and real practice by sharing clear insights, practical skills, and real-world experience in an easy and relatable manner.
